The pre-gelled, adhesive pads are easy and convenient to use. They are made of medical-grade material that is non-irritating and flexible, allowing them to conform to all body areas for multiple pains. Each pad measures 2.5 inches in height and 3.75 inches in width.

The package includes 10 pieces (5 pairs) of tens unit pads, individually and pre-sealed for durability and convenient storage.

To use the pads, first remove the plastic film and connect either electrode to any pad. Place the pads only on normal, intact, dry, clean, and healthy skin. Between uses, keep the cord connected to the pads and place them on the pad holder with the adhesive side down. Wrap the cord around the pad holder and store in a cool, dry place.

Before application, clean and dry the area, open and remove the electrodes from the packaging, and peel them away from the release sheet by lifting the edge. If the pads seem dry or don't stick, add a few drops of water to moisten the gel and wait a few minutes to allow the water to re-hydrate the adhesive gel. Place the electrodes on the treatment area and apply finger pressure to the edges to ensure adequate contact with the skin.

To remove the electrodes, gently peel them off, wipe them with a non-alcohol wipe or rinse with cold water, and wait for them to dry. Place the sticky side of the electrode on the clear sheet it arrived in and put it back in the packaging. Store the electrodes in a cool, dry place, not exposed to bright light or extreme temperatures, as this may have a permanent adverse effect on the gel. Keeping the electrodes in the fridge can also help maximize their lifespan.
