For optimal therapy: - Place pads on either side of the pain, not directly on the pain - Place pads at least 1 inch apart - MUST USE TWO PADS at a time for therapy to work - Do not overlap pads or put them on top of each other - Do not add spray, lotions or creams to skin or pads - Do not share pads

Before Use, Please Note: - Clean and dry the affected area so it is free of all lotions/oils/sweat - The gel pad should be applied only to normal, intact, clean, healthy skin that is not experiencing any swelling or inflammation - Do not use near the heart, on both sides of the chest cavity, or across your chest because the electrical currents may cause rhythm disturbances that may be fatal

How to Use: - Each gel pad has 2 plastic films - Remove the blue thin plastic film and place it squarely onto the dark side of the pads - Make sure the gel lays evenly and securely with no bubbles or folds - Check for damaged pads and proper adhesion - Then peel off the other clear thin plastic film and place the sticky gel side over the pain area - USE FOR A MAXIMUM OF 30 MINUTES PER SESSION - Up to 3, non-consecutive sessions per day - Stop therapy sessions if the pain has resided or stopped

When should you replace your gels? - If the gel no longer sticks firmly to your skin, or if more than 25% of the gel is not in contact with your skin, replace the Gel

Storage: - Store in a cool, dry place, avoid direct sunlight - Do not clean the gels - The life of gels depends on skin/climate conditions, proper storage may extend the life of the gels up to 30 uses
