To start using your TENS 24 device, make sure it is turned off. Charge it for at least 12 hours before first use. Snap the pad cables' outputs to the cables and connect them to the device. Then, place the pads on your body.

Control your TENS 24 using the M button to choose from 12 massage modes and 2 styles, the T button to set the treatment time, the +/- buttons to adjust intensity, and the A/B button to switch between channels.

If you're having trouble switching modes or adjusting intensity, check if the device is in key-locked mode by looking for the "key" sign on the screen. To unlock, press and hold the "T" button.

If the device lights up but is not working, ensure it is not charging, the pads are securely attached to the cables, and the pads are properly placed on the body.

For simultaneous activation of both A and B channels, ensure that both pad cables are in place and all 4 electro pads are securely placed on the body. Use the A/B button to switch between channels.
