Usage Method: 1. Remove the transparent film from each gel pad. Each gel has 2 plastic films. 2. Place the gel square on the pads, ensuring it is evenly and firmly placed without bubbles or wrinkles. 3. Tear the transparent film with "Paste Skin" printed on it. 4. Place the sticky gel side over the pain area. Make sure to place pads with gels on dry, clean, and healthy skin.
Care Method: - Store in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight. - Do not clean the gels. The life of the gels depends on skin/climate conditions. Proper storage may extend the life of the gels up to 30 uses.
Durability: - Our tens unit replacement gel pads can be reused up to 30-50 times. - Recommended use: 3 sessions a day, with a maximum session of 30 minutes. - Sessions should not be consecutive.
